We are your full service residential property management company.  Your home is an investment. Allow Pure Management to find the right tenant for you. We will secure a quality tenant by advertising on proven websites such as Zillow, Truly, HotPads, Craigslist and AHRN. 

Applicants are carefully screened with background and credit checks to keep you protected. We review all applications and interview every applicant to ensure the most qualified tenant is chosen. Regular inspections are conducted which includes a thorough check in and check out process.

We will send you a complete report with pictures each time an inspection is done. Our team keeps accurate records of expenses and rental income for your property and we will pay the invoices, taxes and other expenses. Clients are able to request copies
of receipts that are kept on file at any time.  You will receive a monthly statement and a year-end summary statement with your 1099 form.

 Pure Management follows the State of Hawaii Landlord – Tenant Code.
